Servo-hydraulic universal testing machine

General information

In many areas of application in mechanical engineering, knowledge of the force or deformation behavior under displacement or force-controlled loads is of great importance. A servo-hydraulic testing device can be used to apply forces of up to 250 kN to a wide variety of components under defined conditions or to deform them by up to 200 mm. This opens up a wide range of possibilities for measuring the mechanical properties of components.

Standard test methods and typical applications

  • DIN EN ISO 252 - Conveyor belts - Adhesion between constitutive elements
  • DIN EN ISO 7623 - Steel cord conveyor belts - Cord-to-coating bond test
  • DIN EN ISO 9856 - Conveyor belts - Determination of elastic and permanent elongation and calculation of elastic modulus
